We are “an autonomous association of restaurants” united voluntarily to meet our common needs through a jointly-owned enterprise.

We are owned by our members, with each member purchasing one share of  stock giving them one vote in electing the Board of Directors.

We operate on a “not-for-profit” basis, this reflects our objective of providing services at cost.
